HELPFUL NOTES
If you are 65 or over, you can receive a 10% discount on your water bill. Just contact the water company to request this.
If you are 65 or over, you can receive a homestead exemption (discount) on your property taxes from the PVA. For the most part, the PVA is very proactive on this discount and will contact you when you turn 65; but you should confirm this and follow-up with them.
