The Lake
The fishing lake at Ironworks Estates is available  to all members and their  guests.  There is a 20 foot easement around the lake for Ironworks Estates residents and their guests, or there is a 15 foot "walking easement access" between  properties 109 and 111 Lakeview Drive.  Please park extra vehicles at the shelter parking lot.   Fishing permits may be obtained from any board member.  State fishing licenses are also required for those over 15 years of age.

Picnic and Shelter Area
The picnic area is available for use by I.E.H.A. members on a first-come, first-served basis.  Click here to request a reservation.

Elkhorn Creek Access
Elkhorn Creek can be accessed though the I.E.H.A. common area easements on Creekside Drive.  Look for two yellow arrows painted on the street.  Yellow pin flags mark some common area boundaries.  Make a straight path towards the common areas.  There is a 30 foot easement along the creek for walking or fishing for all Ironworks Estates residents.  Please review a neighborhood map for more information or contact a board member to help you locate the easements and common areas.

Spring and Picnic Area
This area can be accessed by walking down a common area easement off Creekside Drive.  Look for yellow arrows painted on the road between 102 and 104 Creekside Drive to indicate the 15 foot walking easement.  Please park on the street, not on your neighbor's grass.  There is a concrete picnic table next to the spring for neighborhood use.
